The Graduate Student Association created the Professional Development Fund to reimburse a portion of a graduate student's fees in attending conferences, competing in competitions, participating in case studies, and more across the US and remotely.
The professional development fund is available to current degree-seeking, master-level graduate students (available to both part-time and full-time students).
Professional Development Grants are provided to graduate students on a reimbursement basis. Graduate students may receive funds for one professional development opportunity per term up to $500.
Before applying for a Professional Development Fund, applicants should know the following details regarding the opportunity:

Registration costs to attend
Name and email of a Bentley faculty member who can confirm that the opportunity is beneficial
Two short essays (200 words max each):

Applications must be received by March 13, 2022.
Decisions will be sent to applicants in the week of March 28 , 2022. Applications are reviewed by a committee of staff and faculty members who work directly with graduate students. Graduate students will be notified if their application was approved or denied by the Graduate Student Association. No funds can be released without the approval of the Graduate Student Association, and their decisions on Professional Development Fund applications are final.
